About Andre
I’m Andre J. Wayne, MA, LLP, a psychotherapist dedicated to helping adults and teens build resilience, navigate challenges, and create more balanced, authentic lives. With nearly two decades of experience, I provide evidence-based therapy that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed care, Comprehensive DBT (offered in partnership with Kalamazoo DBT), trauma-informed therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
My style is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your unique story, and working together to help you achieve your goals at a pace that feels right for you. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, gain insight, and build the skills needed for lasting change.
What drives my passion for this work is seeing the incredible strength people show, even in their most difficult moments. I’m inspired every day by those who seek healing, growth, and a more meaningful life — and I feel honored to be part of that journey. My own experiences with life’s challenges have shaped my deep respect for the courage it takes to ask for help and do the hard work of change.
I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, life transitions, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for growth, I’m here to help.
I offer both in-person sessions (Kalamazoo, MI) and telehealth options for clients across Michigan.

Mission
My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy that helps adults and teens build resilience, break free from unhelpful patterns, and create lives that feel authentic, balanced, and fulfilling. I am dedicated to offering a safe, supportive space where healing, growth, and lasting change can take root.
Vision
To help individuals heal, grow, and live authentically through compassionate, inclusive, and evidence-based therapy. I aim to create stronger, healthier communities by supporting one person at a time.
“Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.”
— Desmond Tutu
