I provide trauma-informed therapy for teens and adults—including individuals, couples, and families—who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, or life transitions. My approach creates a safe, supportive atmosphere where everyone can feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal together.

CBT, DBT-Informed, & Comprehensive DBT

 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Focused on reshaping unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to foster lasting change.

 

DBT-Informed Therapy: Blends mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance skills—ideal for individuals, as well as couples or families looking to improve communication and emotional connection.

 

Comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Offered in partnership with Kalamazoo DBT, this full program includes individual therapy, structured skills training, and phone coaching—supporting growth across personal and relational contexts.

Mindfulness & Practical Skill Building

 

My work emphasizes mindfulness-based techniques to reduce stress, enhance emotional balance, and strengthen present-moment awareness. Together, we’ll develop practical coping strategies and tools—whether for individuals, couples, or families—to build resilience and foster meaningful, lasting change in your life and relationships.
